– Client and I meet at least once a week on Skype, FaceTime or via email

– I develop personalized weekly fitness plans for the client and provide basic nutrition guidance, accountability and education

– Client is expected to provide me with regular (daily) updates on workouts, attitude and overall nutrition

– I will provide several individualized workout video tutorials targeting their goals and/or problem areas
